Andrew has traveled throughout England teaching and inspiring on leadership while leading a church in the South West. This journey led Andrew and Renee to Washington State where a group of people was looking for someone to lead them in constructing a new facility on ten acres.

That facility is called City Church that now telecasts twice a week bringing a message of hope to people looking for direction in life. Through core values, clear direction, training and development the people of City Church are a testament to themselves of how a person can change for the better!

His work has influenced many churches in the West of England and gained acclaim overseas. The book Andrew has written is a relevant one, he has researched this important subject of apprenticing in leadership.
