Someone once asked the famous conductor Leonard Bernstein, "What is the hardest position to fill in an orchestra?" He said, "Second Chair...It's always the hardest to get the second chair to play with the same degree of enthusiasm as the first chair does." The culture in which we live puts incredible pressure on people to aspire to be "Number One". However, when God calls you to a "Number Two" ministry, then just as Elisha did, you kill your oxen and with enthusiasm commit to your calling.

God has place such a calling upon my life - to use my giftings and talents to add value and support to the ministry of Pastor Fox. My goal is to handle everything except those things that Pastor Fox does best, which allows him to remain exclusive and effective.
